Meet Audye

I’m Audye Gonzalez, wife, mother, business owner, writer, and Trauma Coach.

My journey into trauma recovery began when motherhood didn’t look anything like I expected. Postpartum depression, a traumatic birth, DMER, PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and undiagnosed PTSD from childhood trauma left me mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted.

Generational wounds such as abandonment, lack of self-worth, and unhealed pain ran deep in my family. Navigating those dynamics while trying to heal left me lost, unsure whose advice to follow, and disconnected from my own needs and voice.

Everything changed when I went through The Woman School Masterclass with a coach. I learned the tools, mindset, and self-awareness I needed to not just heal, but thrive. I began to believe my voice mattered, my wants had value, and my uniqueness was something to celebrate.

Now, I use those same tools to walk alongside women who are healing from narcissistic abuse, trauma, and CPTSD, helping them Settle For More instead of letting their past define their future.
